I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in mental health and emergency/trauma care. I graduated with a 4.0 from Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree, specializing in psychiatry. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness, and empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. I strongly believe that mental health is as important as physical health. After all, your brain is no different than your heart, lungs, or any other organ in the body! When things are off-balance in the brain, it can overflow into all areas of life. My goal is to work together, as a team, to help you find that balance and reach your mental health goals. Your well-being is my priority, and I would love to take this journey toward mental health with you.
